Ina Laughing Winds
Ina Laughing Winds has a M.A. in Transpersonal Psychology with an active private practice since 1985, counseling adults and teenagers. She touches thousands with her counseling, radio shows, international workshops, and seminars. She supports healthy relationships between adults of all ages and guides parents in helping their teenagers to become responsible, mature adults. Ina is also an ordained metaphysical minister, advanced hypnotherapist, and spiritual healer.
She is a published author, including a DVD, a CD, and her book “Improve your Sex Life and Relationships One Bite at a Time.” She wrote monthly articles for Quest and Playtime magazines for ten years, providing teachings on improving relationships and understanding male and female differences and how to navigate them.
Ina is featured in two documentaries: The Good Sex Guide, UK, and Sex TV, Canada. She’s a presenter in the DVDs: “Journey into Self Discovery” by Nick Karras and Beck Peacock and “The Sacred Prostitute / Magdalene Unveiled,” by Kenneth Ray Stubbs Ph.D. which explores Sacred Sexuality with a Rabbi, Christian Minister, Tibetan Lama, and Shaman. Ina Laughing Winds presents internationally as a teacher of Shamanic Wisdom and facilitates workshops and seminars.
She began her Shamanic Spiritual Path in 1982 and is a senior teacher. She has been a teacher of Spiritual Sexuality workshops for thirty-nine years. Her life includes performing at Carnegie Hall with the Carolyn Eynon Singers, competitive handgun shooting, where she met her husband in 2002, and street self-defense martial arts training. She dances like no one is watching when a band is good and there’s no one to dance with.
